Getting back to normal

Well what a busy week I had! 4 networking meetings visited, plenty of amazingly creative small businesses met and some really astounding women met (and the odd man too!). I have one more left to visit on Tuesday morning, then we are back to normal. So here is next week’s opening hours and schedule:

Tuesday 1.00 – 4.00 but fully booked for therapies.

Wednesday 10.00 – 4.00 and therapy appointments available at 11.30, 1.00 and 2.30.

Thursday 12 noon – 8.00 when James and Helen Charles are with us again. Check their page for details of their therapies, and the Bookings page to book.

Friday 10.00 – 4.00 for therapies.

Saturday 12 December 10 – 1 Introduction to Mindfulness with Daniel Browne. This workshop will provide an introduction to mindfulness. You will discover what mindfulness is and explore how it can help you in every day life with issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, negative thought patterns and troublesome emotions. The second half of the workshop will introduce you to the practice of mindfulness, with guided mindfulness techniques to help you relieve tension, relax, boost focus and experience calm. There will also be time for questions and discussions throughout the workshop.

As a thank you for attending the workshop, you will be gifted with an introduction to mindfulness guide and a mindfulness CD to aid your continued practice at home. (Not bad for only £10 eh!)

No previous experience of mindfulness is required and all are welcome to attend. Refreshments will be available, including a selection of teas, coffees and cold drinks.

If you want to donate a handbag to the Helping Handbags campaign, please can you get it to the Centre by Thursday, as I’ve been informed that they will be collecting them on Friday.

Therapies always available with me are Reiki, crystal healing, chakra balancing, angel card readings, and aromatherapy treatments. In addition to the NYR Organic mini-facials, I have the Festive Fabulous Frankincense Facial to offer you! We also have a selection of gifts available at the Centre. There are NYR Organic gift sets, both the official ones and the “unofficial” ones I have made up myself. We have Magnetix-wellness Jewellery available. Both these direct sales companies have products available to order and you are guaranteed to get them before Christmas. We have crystals and crystal jewellery. There are salt lamps, both the tealight holders and the electrical ones too. If you would like to come to the Centre to have a look for yourself, please come during the times listed above. Or if you see something but want to put it on your Christmas list, then you could pass the details on to your own Santa person and get them to phone me! I do take card payments too you know!

New Year, New Start

Do you make New Year’s Resolutions? Every year I make one, and it is the same one every year. I have no trouble in keeping it. What is it? I resolve never to make any more New Year’s Resolutions!

There is so much on offer at the Centre to support us all in changing our lives in the New Year, whether you make resolutions or not, you will find something to help you adjust to the new energies now being grounded into the Earth.

Saturday 9th, 11 – 2pm Reiki Share FREE Open to any Reiki attuned person to share healing and ask questions

Wednesday 13th, 20th, 27th, 7 – 8.30 pm Psychic Development Circle with Jon Sabin. £5 per session

Thursday 14th and 28th Realisation Group with James Charles. £50 for 6 sessions over 12 weeks, payable in instalments

Saturday 16th OPEN DAY with taster therapies and half-hour FREE workshops. More information to follow.

Thursday 21st How I Changed My Life with best-selling author Shelley Wilson. 12 – 2pm £10 includes light refreshments

Saturday 23rd Reiki Level 1 with Chris Ramsbottom. £100 includes attunement, certification, manual, chance to practise on self and others, and ongoing mentorship.

Wednesday 27th Healerzone LAUNCH Coffee morning: 10 – 12. £5 (£7 non-members). For practising therapists to share and support.

Saturday – Sunday 30th – 31st Heart-centred Healer with Jen Tiller. £145. 10 – 5 both days. This is for the therapist who has problems maintaining her equilibrium and takes on her client’s problems, issues or energies. Jen will help us establish boundaries and take our businesses to the next level.

Of course you don’t always have to book in advance for a treatment – just call the Centre on 024 7644 0186 and see if I can fit you in.

New therapies?

I’ve had visits from a nutritionist, physiotherapists and crystal healers in the last few weeks who all want to make use of the treatment rooms. I have got a 20-day working week to fill – well, there are 5 opening days and 4 rooms to fill and that makes 20 days! So if any of you know anyone who would like to work from the Centre, please tell them to get in touch!

I’ve also been asked to find a singing bowl therapist, and I had a gong bath last year which was amazing so I’m all for that. If you know of one, please could you pass my details on? Thank you!
