Helen is adding some new exciting therapies to what Holistic with Helen is offering. She has been assessed as fully competent and is insured to practice, but in order to complete the qualification process she needs to get a portfolio of clients together. She is therefore offering the following therapies at a reduced price:

Meditation £15: Clinical Hypnotherapy £20
In both you will be guided in to a meditative relaxing state, which will be restful and a good way to destress. Especially good for helping manage stress, anxiety, fear and phobias.

Past life Regression/Regression Therapy: £20
A good therapy for resolving past emotional issues, or to explore the possibility of a past life!

Angelic Ascension Reiki £15
In which we use the Angelic Energies within Reiki.

We are also offering £20 for half an hour taster sessions in December across the board. If you are stressed out with Christmas, then drop in and chill out!
