Online booking

I’m happy to say you’ll be able to book your appointments – and pay – online once we’re up and running. This means you’ll be able to choose your therapist for the treatment you require, as our therapists often offer more than one therapy.

You’ll receive an email the day before to remind you of the appointment. As we are setting out, a deposit of 50% of the fee would be required to confirm your booking. Negotiations are currently taking place with WorldPay and PayPal to facilitate this.

Therapists will also receive an email the day before with what treatments have been booked in. Of course, this will work best if the therapists book their own clients in using the system – and the Bookly system makes it very easy to do this!

Before you leave the centre, you’ll be able to make your next appointment if you wish.

We’re currently waiting the release of the course booking module so you can book yourselves on our courses too. This should take out a lot of the hassle from organising training courses for trainers and ourselves too!
