I don’t want to remind you, but… winter and its aches and pains isn’t too far away!
Those of us of a certain age often dread the approach of winter. It’s when we get lots of little niggles, achy joints, sore muscles, which are nuisances but which we put up with.
Aromatherapy products can help, if not eliminate the pain, make life easier in ways which mean the pain isn’t as noticeable. (Oh and it does help with the pain too!)

We provide the essential oils, carrier oils and ointments for the course. If you wish to make any blends up to take with you, these cost extra, payable on the day.
