Phantoms are the dark purple points you can see through the paler, clear points in these images. What this means is that the crystal stopped growing at one stage – but it restarted after some time! And when it restarted, the conditions were different and what grew over the dark purple amethyst was in fact clear quartz.
What does this mean? Well it means that the clear quartz is enhancing the effect of the dark purple amethyst inside it. This crystal is great for supporting anyone who has gone through a period of change or stagnation, but who is now ready to face the world again.
