Tips on how to stay healthy this winter
All this stuff about the Coronavirus has meant I’ve been typing this all morning!
How to protect yourself against all the winter bugs that are around at the moment:
1. Close the toilet lid before you flush it. Every time. Been proven to reduce the amount of airborne pathogens (ie. bugs and viruses) by over 80%!
2. Wash your hands after going to the toilet every time. In fact, wash your hands much more often than you do normally.
3. Take an Echinacea tablet every day.
4. Take a spoonful of elderberry syrup every day. If you begin to feel unwell, increase numbers 3 and 4 to 3x a day.
5. You could use NYR Organic’s Organic Defence hand spray on your hands, you could also spray it on door handles, toilet handles and hard surfaces.
6. You could also use their Organic Defence oil blend in a diffuser.
